Tchefuncte’s partners with community purveyors Covey Rise, Backwater Foie Gras & Duck, Craig Borgess Seafood and nearby Three Dog Farm for the best seafood, meats and produce. Tchefuncte’s is searching for a talented, creative, and experienced Executive Sous Chef. This role provides the unique opportunity to learn and work with award winning chefs. If you are self-motivated and enjoy working in a professional and fun environment, we would love to talk to you!
Job Duties:
Very simply to help our Executive Chef drive the culinary vision for what is next with our steak and seafood programs, while getting the best out our Sous Chefs and line cooks daily. There is some scheduling and purchasing as part of you duties.
Qualifications:
Salary Information: $60,000 - $85,000 Annually with achievable bonus, healthcare, dental and vision benefits.
