Lead Host - Tchefuncte's

Here at Tchefuncte's in MADISONVILLE, we are looking for a responsible lead host to add to our team. You will serve a vital role in working to ensure our customers’ have a great experience. Your responsibilities include supervising seating arrangements, overseeing planned events, and serving as an outstanding first impression. Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of Opentable. 
• Recongize VIPs and regulars 
• Be able to manage floor plans, seating rotation and guest requests with grace
• Make great and impressive first impression on clients
• Be available to answer calls and to greet guests
• Thank clients for their patronage when they are leaving
• Communicate with customers while they wait for their drink and food order
• Ensure complete and consistent cleanliness of the hostess area
• Supervise seating and reservations efficiently
• Handle clients amicably and with understanding whether they have reservation or not
• Schedule reservation for guests both in person and over the phone
• Communicate with supervisors or management on any issue related to customers
• Handle all cases related to guest courteously and professionally
• Maintain diplomacy while relating with clients
• Oversee events and ensure they run smoothly
• Assist service staff with events to provide an exceptional experience for all party attendees
