Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and imaginative bartender to enhance the experience of our valued patrons at Tchefuncte’s. In this role, you will play a key part in creating memorable customer experiences. In this role, you will be required to maintain a clean and welcoming bar area, present menus, serve high-quality food and beverages, and craft a variety of delightful drinks and cocktails. We are looking for someone who is quick on their feet and possesses a friendly and engaging demeanor. Responsibilities:

• Verify identification and age requirements of customers.
• Mix traditional and creative cocktails.
• Ensure that the bar is prepared with a strong focus on cleanliness and organization.
• Greet and attend to customers upon entry.
• Present restaurant menus and assist customers in selecting food and beverages.
• Take and serve orders.
• Answer questions or make recommendations.
• Collaborate with restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff.
• Handle complaints or problems with a positive attitude.
• Issue bills and accept payment.

Skills:

• Must have Louisiana Responsible Vendor License.
• Proven bartending experience.
• Hands-on experience in cashier duties.
• Attention to cleanliness and safety.
• Patience and customer-oriented approach.
• Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude.
• Responsible and trustworthy.
