We are searching for an experienced fine dining server to join our talented team here at Tchefuncte’s. This position is ideal for those with years of fine dining restaurant experience and who possess excellent leadership skills, communication, and multi-tasking skills. Ultimately, you will play an essential role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and restaurant growth.

Job Duties:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly, engaging service.
• Have full knowledge of food and beverage preparation, guest relations, service styles, and etiquette.
• Be fully knowledgeable about the menu, specials, bar/wine list.
• Deal with potential complaints with a positive attitude when manager is away.
• Suggestive selling and up-selling beverage and food items when appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Proven fine dining restaurant serving experience.
• Attention to cleanliness and safety.
• Customer service oriented.
• Responsible and trustworthy.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
• Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale-system.
